About MONSTA X
MONSTA X is a South Korean boy band that debuted in 2015 under Starship Entertainment. The group was formed on the survival show No.Mercy, which followed a group of trainees from the same company, and it went on to debut as a six-member group.
The group's style is built around strong, high-energy stage shows, with sharp group choreography and a mix of hip-hop, dance and electronic pop. Several members take part in writing and producing songs, and the group has released music in Korean, Japanese and English. Its fan community is known as Monbebe.
MONSTA X is currently on the road with THE X NEXUS World Tour, and a date in Seattle, in the United States, is set for October 24. For a group with this much experience on stage, the live show remains the main way fans follow its work, and the tour is a good moment to catch up on its recent releases.
