1. The service

Hurrika gives every artist, group, team, game or topic its own page with what is new about it: official videos, news, dates and links. Fans vote on every block and share the links the feeds miss. The site is free. It is published by the company named in the legal notice. Using the site means accepting these terms.

2. Your account

You need an account to vote, share links and ask for new pages. You must be 15 or older, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. One account per person. Keep your password to yourself: you are responsible for what is done with your account. Your username must not copy someone else's name or be offensive. You can delete your account at any time from "My account".

3. What fans share

Fans share links to public content, with a title. Share only what you have the right to share. You keep your rights; you allow us, for free, worldwide and for as long as the link stays online, to show the link, its title and your username on the site and in the images and posts we make to share our pages. We never copy the content behind a link.

4. What is not allowed

• illegal content, or content that breaks someone's rights (copyright, image);
• sexual content;
• hateful content: insults, discrimination, calls to violence;
• harassment and threats, including against artists and other fans;
• revealing someone's private life: address, phone number, private photos, schedules;
• false information and pretending to be someone else;
• harmful links: malware, phishing, fake giveaways;
• hidden advertising: paid or sponsored content shared as if it were a fan's choice;
• coordinated or automated votes: scripts, bots, vote trading;
• fake accounts and several accounts for one person.

5. Moderation

We may hide a link, cancel votes, or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. We tell you the reason. You can contest the decision within 15 days by writing to [email protected]: a person reviews it and answers you.

6. Host status

For the links shared by fans, we act as a host: we do not check them before they appear, but we remove them quickly when they are reported to us. Anyone can report a block through the report form; the deadlines are in the legal notice.

7. Ownership

The site, its design, its rankings and its own texts belong to its publisher. Videos, pictures, headlines, names and logos belong to their owners: we show official players and link to the original. Nothing on the site may be copied in bulk.

8. No money between fans

The site is never used to collect or ask for money: no fundraising, no collections for projects or gifts, no sales between fans.

9. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the site online and its information right, but we cannot promise it is always available or free of mistakes: news, dates and links come from other sources. We are not responsible for the sites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer. We may update these terms; the version date above changes when we do.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you disagree with us, write first to [email protected] so we can find a solution together. As a consumer, you can also turn to a consumer mediator for free, or go to the competent courts.
